The features are identical. The €89 excl. VAT per year licence (less than €7.50 excl. VAT per month) is for installers and covers the country of their activity. Consulting firms and NGOs come under the international licence at €249 excl. VAT per year, which covers all countries.
Can I stop my subscription?
Yes, with nothing to do: the subscription never renews automatically. You pay for one year; at the end, it stops, and you decide.
